• Understand the value of an invitation for a resident or team member and to use the best language when offering an invitation
• Offer more choices in the best way to maximize successful decision-making, giving people more freedom and control in their lives.
• Provide examples of tasks and activities that are more accessible as a result of visual demonstration.
