Thank you for your interest in becoming a Montessori Champion for your care community.
Be sure to download and review the preparation packet below BEFORE beginning the online application.
Instructions:
1. Download the packet first and review the full application, including a Preparedness Checklist.
2. Prepare your answers, which you can copy/paste into the portal here when you’re ready. There are 4 sections to complete: Preparedness checklist, Montessori self-assessment, Knowledge quiz, and a Case Study component with 2 parts. Have your answers for all of these ready before starting the online application. If you choose to include photos with your application, please combine these into 1 file before you begin.
3. When you have completed the items in the checklist and prepared your answers, click “Login to Enroll” to create an account.
4. To begin the application, click the first item below (“Preparedness Checklist”). Follow the prompts to proceed through each section.
5. Be sure to submit your answers at the end. This will notify a CARD trainer that your application is ready to be reviewed.
If you prefer to complete your application by phone or video call, or have any questions about your application, please contact your CARD trainer or send an email to info@cen4ard.com. DO NOT send any case study reports by email, which may contain confidential information.
